Tower 42 Level 40B saw the installation of partitions, toilets, sinks, a complete tea point with dishwasher and fridge-freezer, ceilings, sockets and switches, flooring, decorations, lighting fixtures, acoustic panelling, and a brand-new reception desk area as well as the installation of ELV cabling, a smart lighting system, floor boxes throughout and ventilation alterations.

Works on this floor were a bespoke design to the new Tenant’s criteria with new ceiling, glass office partitions, flooring and cabinetry.

This project on Old Deans Road saw the renovation of a kitchen area, meeting room and conference room, office space, foyer, hallways, stairwells and bathroom of Unit 2. The scope of the work was extensive, and the renovation was executed with a high level of attention to detail and precision, ensuring a functional and aesthetically pleasing result.
