LINIT U-Profile glazing installed double glazed with balustrade internal protection to project stair cores to allow them to be flooded with natural light. This development received an NHBC Pride in the job award upon completion.

27 storey mixed use development within Elephant & Castle regeneration zone. High level LINIT U-Profile screen. Design team took advantage of the LINIT systems superior span lengths provided by the U-Channel glass.
58 residential apartments were created by retrofitting and extending a 1960’s office building. LINIT U-Profile glass used to clad to buildings stair core and allow for lots of natural light.
This project is part of the first phase of the Leyton Vision masterplan to redevelop the area west of Leyton Orients football stadium. The impressive scheme comprises of a family of 5 blocks ranging in 6 to 13 stories. The Linit U-Profile glass has been excellently used to clad the external lift and stair cores whilst creating a statement feature to the buildings façade, offering either light or privacy as required.
