Description	J&C Architectural are proud to have completed work on our IBM Upper Ground Floor project in Belvedere, London. This project featuring Linit U-Profile glass creates a sleek professional looking elevator lobby with a soft warm white eyecatching backlight. This use of backlighting pops a sharp contrast between the elevator’s white light and the lobby’s orange light from the staircases.

Description	J&C Architectural are proud to have completed another two of our three U-Profile Glass projects with RESERVED in the Oxford Street and Brent Cross Shopping Centres. These two stores represent the latest in our ongoing collaboration with one of Europe’s largest and most modern clothing manufacturers. The RESERVED store designs are sleek and contemporary, showcasing their flagship fashion brand with sharp, clean lines that emphasize their cutting-edge approach to style. As a result, these stores offer a truly modern shopping experience. The RESERVED Oxford Street and Brent Cross stores both feature Lamberts Linit U-Profile Channel toughened glass. This specialized glass is used not only in the shopping centre entrance façade but also within the stores themselves. Specifically, the U-profile glass is utilized to create dynamic internal spaces, using the glass on both straight and curved screens.This glass is not just functional but also an essential part of the store’s aesthetic. Additionally, the glass is backlit using LED lights, adding another layer of modernity to the design. The LED lighting creates a unique and vibrant atmosphere, highlighting the beauty of the glass and enhancing the overall shopping experience. As a result, the lighting accentuates the clean lines and smooth surfaces of the U-channel glass, bringing a sense of sophistication and innovation to the space. Ultimately, this combination of design, materials, and lighting ensures that both the Oxford Street and Brent Cross stores stand out as prime examples of modern retail architecture. Through this project, J&C Architectural has once again demonstrated our commitment to delivering cutting-edge, high-quality solutions for the retail sector.

Description	Private home residence on the exclusive eel Pie Island in Twickenham London. The Linit U-Profiled Glass angled screen provided both natural light and privacy to ensuite the bathrooms. The use of Lamberts enamelled colour meant consistency of finish without the fear of it being scratched off. The finished result provided the space with a sharp clean, refreshed appearance that fulfilled the client’s expectations.

Description	The project focuses on the conservation and restoration of Perth Theatre’s historic category ‘B’ listed Edwardian auditorium. This work preserves the theatre’s heritage while enhancing its functionality for modern use. One of the standout features of the refurbishment is the use of backlit LINIT U-Profile Channel glazing, which creates a striking and customizable façade. The glazed façade functions as a rain screen and is made of translucent, low-iron cast glass panels manufactured by Linit. These panels not only enhance the building’s aesthetic appeal but also serve a practical purpose. They are supported within a durable, powder-coated steel frame, ensuring strength and resilience. Additionally, the combination of glass and steel creates a sleek, modern appearance that complements the historic structure. Behind the glazing, continuous LED lighting elements are installed. These lights illuminate the building at night, creating a vibrant spectrum of colours. Moreover, the use of Linit glazing provides a modern entrance to the theatre. The contemporary façade contrasts with the classic Edwardian design, blending the old and new. This combination creates a timeless yet modern look, helping the theatre stay relevant. The façade is also customizable, offering flexibility for future adaptations. This design approach respects the past while anticipating future needs. Ultimately, the integration of modern technology and historic preservation ensures Perth Theatre will continue to attract audiences for many years to come. The project not only preserves the building’s rich history but also secures its future as a cultural landmark for the city.
